THE Olde Bell in Hurley, part of a division of BDL Hotels, helped raise £5,000 for the children’s charity When You Wish Upon A Star, which grants sick children’s wishes.

Fund-raising activities included Rowing The Thames where the group’s hotels installed a rowing machine in their receptions and invited staff and guests to row the length of the river and donate to the cause.
