RESIDENTS of Caversham, Emmer Green and other parts of Reading will have to pay to dispose of non-household waste such as rubble or building materials at the re3 recycling centre in Reading from September 30.

The waste firm says the move is designed to make savings and provide a more efficient and fair waste management service.
