There is so much to do at Checkendon Equestrian Centre in the holidays!
Children of all ages and abilities can come to the centre for riding lessons, starting with beginners going on a walk in the woods, through to more experienced riders having jumping lessons.
There are also pony days, either from 10am to 1pm or 10am to 4pm, where the children ride and also learn to look after ponies.Checkendon Equestrian Centre also continues to run competitions and training clinics at the weekends:
* August 2 to 4, dressage clinic with Lee Pearson CBE
* August 7 and 10, affiliated and unaffiliated dressage competitions
* August 17, unaffiliated show jumping
* August 24, Combined Training
* August 31, Gymkhana Games
