AN artist showed pupils at Kidmore End Primary School how to be creative.

Paul Priestley, from Filbert: artist in school, taught the children how to draw and paint and the resulting work was displayed in a corridor.

The pupils also learned about French artist Henri Matisse.

The visit was funded by the Kidmore End School Association and supported the theme for the current term — creativity.
