CIARAN ORGAN is on a mission in 2013 to improve people’s strength and flexibility. She is the owner of the new PureStretch studio in Henley town centre which opens on Monday, January 21.

She said: “Most people believe achieving fitness is all about cardiovascular work, but overall fitness is a combination of strengthening and lengthening the muscles.

“With this in mind, classes at the new studio are designed to be light-hearted, stimulating and interactive. They are choreographed in such a way that people of all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy.”

The studio will offer a range of low-impact conditioning classes including PureStretch, Pilates, Yoga and Beam Fit. There are also two bespoke treatment rooms offering various remedial therapies.

Ciaran said: “We’ve created an amazing studio with a great team of fitness instructors — but don’t just take our word for it. Why not join us at our open day on Sunday, January 13?”

To find out more, take advantage of the limited pre-opening saver card and start booking classes, call the studio on (01491) 577107 or visit www.purestretch.co.uk
