THE Henley fitness camp is held at the Henley Cricket Club at the Brakspear ground. This is a beautiful area surrounded by woodland and close to the river, which leads to every session being different and challenging. Run by the enthusiastic and energetic trainer Stuart, no two sessions are ever the same!
The camp is coming into its fourth year of running this summer and has an amazing loyal group of women and men that have been with Stuart all the way.
As well as the ABC way of training they also have boxing, kettle bells and TRX suspension training added to the mix.
And that’s Stuart’s philosophy — train hard to the best of your own abilities and have fun along the way.
