She has been a Massage Therapist for 8 years and managed Renew You, a similar business in the United States for 5 years.
She continues, “Our team of highly trained massage and holistic therapists personalise each treatments through an initial consultation. We use organic UK made aromatherapy and herbalised oils in the massages. Therapeutic massage is proven to reduce pain including back pain and headaches, reduce stress, and boost immunity; so much positive change can be experienced with these treatments .” Massages include Swedish and Deep Tissue, back, Ayurvedic style with dosha analysis, and pregnancy; holistic treatments are reflexology, Reiki, and Craniosacral therapy.
