FOUNDER of Nixercise outdoor fitness company, Nix Ticehurst, says: “Nixercise offers fitness, nutrition and support. I very much take a back to basics approach by keeping advice simple, uncomplicated, fun and totally fad-free — and our clients are more than proof that it works.

“Clients experience the importance and effectiveness of good old-fashioned skidding around in the wind, rain, mud and sunshine. It is also really important to understand that fitness is one part of health — with nutrition being just as important too.

“An unhealthy, complicated relationship with food and too much time spent being sedentary indoors creates a dangerous concoction making the body fat, eyes, skin and hair dull and muscles stiff and cranky — basically it makes us look and feel ill. The outdoors livens us up, even more so during the winter months when we are more likely to stay inside all day. By making these simple changes clients are experiencing life-changing benefits. Nixercise sessions will not only burn the fat and tone you up, they will heighten your wellbeing and fitness levels no end.”

Nixercise has now been asked to come to the Henley area and new sessions running from the Quince Tree in Stonor started at the beginning of November. To introduce themselves to this area they are offering five weeks of fitness training sessions free of charge.

For more information visit www.nixercise.co.uk to see their clients in action. If you are serious about wanting an effective, lasting way to be fit and healthy please contact Wendy Murton by email on wendy@nixercise.co.uk

Nix is also available for personal training.
