REIKI (pronounced ray-kee) is a hands-on healing treatment, working on every level: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Reiki is powerful yet nurturing, and can aid relaxation and restore vitality.
It can also help alleviate many symptoms including anxiety, depression, addiction, physical pain and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), improve self-confidence, mental clarity and promote an all round sense of well-being.
As well as an established yoga teacher and massage therapist, Rebecca Dobson of GetCalmer was first attuned to the Usui system in 2000 and has since successfully completed all the reiki levels — including her Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master teacher training.
As well as offering reiki treatments, Rebecca will be teaching reiki level one in the spring, so you too can feel the full benefits of the reiki energy.
A standard reiki treatment is one hour and costs £45. A perfect treatment suitable for everybody. Rebecca offers treatments from her home in Henley and also provides a fully mobile service.
One customer, D Steele, said: “Why wait for a crisis? What I’ve gained through Rebecca’s reiki treatments benefits your quality of life every day, not just when you think you need it.”
