REIKI (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle yet powerful hands-on healing treatment, working on every level: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Reiki can aid relaxation and restore vitality. It can also help alleviate many symptoms including anxiety, depression, addiction, physical pain and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), improve self-confidence, mental clarity and promote an all-round sense of wellbeing.
As well as being an established yoga teacher and massage therapist, Rebecca Dobson of GetCalmer was first attuned to the Usui system in 2000 and has since successfully completed all the reiki levels — including her Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master teacher training.
As well as offering reiki treatments, Rebecca is now teaching reiki level one, which will allow you to practise reiki on yourself, your family, friends, and your pets!
A standard reiki treatment is one hour and costs £45. A perfect treatment suitable for everybody — including children, babies and pregnant women.
