READY for new challenges?

Want to become more fit and healthy? Or are you one of the many folk in the UK suffering from back or joint pain? Almost 31 million days of work were lost last year due to back, neck and muscle problems, according to the Office for National Statistics.

Pilates ABC Henley uses gentle balanced exercises to teach good posture, help strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and prevent joint and backache.

Owner Alyth Yealland also teaches mobility techniques to help clients protect the spine in everyday activities.

Alyth uses a “hands-on” approach to help clients learn good movement and alignment skills and adapts exercises to suit each client’s needs, offering alternatives where appropriate. Classes are kept small to ensure all clients receive individual attention.

Where appropriate, she works hand in hand with local medical practitioners to tailor programmes to suit a client’s needs. A postural assessment is also available.

Interested? Join her new Henley beginners’ class on Thursdays or join an existing class in Crazies Hill, Henley, Hurley, Knowl Hill or Sonning Common (subject to availability). Improvers welcome.

For more information contact Alyth on 07521 699265 or email alyth@pilatesabc.co.uk For more information go to www.pilatesabc.co.uk
