REBECCA of GetCalmer, a local yoga teacher and reiki master teacher, is offering a non-residential Reiki Level One Course on September 10 and 11 in the beautiful setting of St Katherine’s in Parmoor, near Henley.
This two-day course is suitable for anyone with an interest in reiki — no previous experience or knowledge necessary.
This is a powerful way to boost your personal and spiritual development, ease aches and pains and deal with stress while promoting relaxation.
During both days participants will cover many subjects, including the history of reiki, the principles, and will receive an attunement which will enable them to use reiki straight away for self-healing and to give reiki to friends, family and pets.
The course is a mixture of lecture, discussion and plenty of practical and costs £225 for both days.
One previous student, R Busse, said: “Rebecca’s standard of teaching was brilliant — a beautifully presented two days.”
Reiki is an ancient Japanese hands-on healing technique which heals on all levels — physical, mental and emotional.
Rebecca offers one-hour treatments from her home in Henley, plus a mobile service.
To find out more about the course or an individual treatment, email rebecca@getcalmer.com or call her on 07815 615803.
