COME inspire your mind and energise your body with a fun varied core and functional movement programme at Align Pilates.
Classes include pilates-based exercise as well as postural and functional movements, stretching, ballet barre and classes for the older population.
Catherine Walker’s studio in a quiet location in Henley is equipped with the latest Pilates and fitness equipment to allow targeted and functional training. Her exercise philosophy is centred around functional movement, seeking to mitigate and restore the body back to the range of movement that nature intended, offsetting the impact of modern lifestyles.
Catherine has a track record of success in injury rehabilitation and prevention — as well as core and functional balance for both sport-specific and mature students.
With her sports and creative background, together with her drive to stay at the forefront of exercise science, you can be assured of a varied programme tailored to suit your level and fitness objectives.
Equipment classes include spring and jump boards, combo chair, reformer and half cadillac.
Regular small group and private session classes are available to ensure the best results in the limited time busy lives allow.
