THE chairman of Henley Royal Regatta has completed the London to Brighton cycle ride.

Richard Phelps was part of a group of 10 friends who completed the challenge on Sunday in aid of the Marfan Trust, raising £3,300 so far.

The trust carries out medical research into Marfan syndrome and supports those with the condition, which affects connective tissue in the body.
