A nationwide property developer has announced plans to turn an office building in Maidenhead into flats, following its purchase of the site for £3.3million.
Vandervell House in Vanwall Business Park has been purchased by HJ Collection and is set to be transformed to create 31 new homes.
The development will comprise 22 one-bed, six two-bed and three three-bed apartments.
The project costs are estimated to be £3.5million, resulting in a predicted gross development value (GDV) of the site to be £10.75million on completion.

HJ Collection was established in 2019 its manages the acquisition and development processes in-house.
