Bath City have confirmed this evening’s (Tuesday) National League South clash with Slough Town at Twerton Park has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The Romans initially felt their pitch would stand up to the heavy rainfall and storms that have swept over the UK in the past 48 hours.
But the club announced a pitch inspection earlier this morning for 1.45pm and have since called off the game due to the playing surface being waterlogged.
A new date will be confirmed in due course.
Maidenhead United’s home game with AFC Totton this evening has also been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at Yor Road.
