HENLEY Symphony Orchestra’s summer concert takes place at St Mary’s Church in Hart Street, Henley, tomorrow (Saturday, June 28).
The music will comprise Nielsen’s Helios Overture, Sibelius’s Symphony No. 7 and Elgar’s Violin Concerto.
Conducted by music director, Alexander Walker, the orchestra will be joined by special guest, violinist Alda Dizdari, for the violin concerto.

Also tomorrow, South Chiltern Choral Society will host “A Magical June Night” at Highdown School in Emmer Green, at 6.30pm.
The society will be joined by members of Highdown School Senior Choir and the concert will be directed by Helen Bilkey and accompanied by Ian Westley.
There will be a barbecue and picnic in the grounds from 4pm.
Music will comprise folk songs from around the world, with arrangements by John Rutter and Gwyn Arch. Tickets cost £10 on the door and from www.southchiltern choralsociety.org.uk
