Villagers make progress

SONNING Common Primary School will compete in the South Oxfordshire Championships after winning both their age groups at the event held at Maiden Erleigh School.

Following a full morning of running, jumping and throwing Sonning Common years five and six were crowned champions of their local area event.

In the year three and four event, Sonning Common finished first with Kidmore End second and Peppard third. In the year five and six event, Sonning Common were first with Kidmore End second.
