ABOUT 270 homes in the Henely area had little or no water on Sunday morning due to a burst mains pipe.
Properties in Bix, Middle Assendon, Badgemore and the surrounding area experienced low water pressure and some had no water at all.
Badgemore Park Golf Club had to close its kitchen for the day.
A bottled water station was set up for residents in a layby near the Rainbow Inn in Middle Assendon.
Thames Water identified the burst main and repaired the same day.
The company apologised to residents and businesses for the inconvenience.
