A CAFE in Peppard has closed less than a year after it opened.

Daisy’s at the Dog in Peppard Common opened in March last year.

Owner Beverley Dobson relocated from the Herb Farm in Sonning Common, where she had been since 2006. The business was previously in Duke Street, Henley, where it began in the Nineties.

At the time of the opening, Mrs Dobson, 53, said: “It’s wonderful to have moved. We had outgrown the Herb Farm three years ago. We have more seating and a garden.”

The café site was originally the Dog Inn and was then the Ruchetta restaurant until that closed in February 2014.

It then re-opened as restaurant Ristorante Reno under new owner Montorro Reno, from Surrey, but that closed eight months later.
