Fund-raising drive

Fund-raising drive: Gill Bertram (left), outgoing ladies’ captain at Badgemore Park Golf Club in Henley, presented a cheque for £7,355 to Bekki James, of the Thames Valley Air Ambulance. The money was raised during her year as captain through various competitions and fund-raising events. Mrs Bertram had chosen the charity for personal reasons and the response from her fellow ladies was that this was a very worthy and deserving charity. Ms James expressed her gratitude on behalf of the charity
