SINCE the Cats Whiskers Cattery Hotel re-opened earlier this year staff have been overwhelmed by the number of customers who have come back from previous visits. Some still have the same cats, and although the cats may be a little older, they still appear happy to come to the cattery. It would be nice to think they still remember their first visit, too.

Staff have also been delighted with all the new customers and their cats which have made their first few months very fulfilling and busy.

In the past, cats tended to be much-loved moggies, but now they are far more exotic breeds with fancy names and unusual tastes in food, although still much loved. But whatever the breed, whatever they require they are all welcome. Christmas is a special time for everybody and feline friends also have a special time at Cats Whiskers with a heated bedroom, cosy bed, lovely food and their own special stocking waiting by the Christmas tree. Call (01491) 577711 or visit www.catswhiskerscatteryhotel.com
