THE Henley Standard’s deputy editor has got married.

Phil Simms tied the knot with Katherine Prentice at Loseley Park, near Godalming, on May 27.

The bride is the daughter of Graham and Beverley Prentice, from Woking, and the groom is the son of Alan and Debbie Simms, from West End.

Katherine, who was given away by her father, wore an ivory Justin Alexander lace and organza mermaid gown with a Queen Anne neckline, a chapel-length train and a floor-length veil.

She carried a bouquet of cream roses, lily of the valley, lisianthus and freesias.

The bridesmaids, who wore long JLM teal-coloured dresses, were Alice Prentice, the bride’s sister, and Louise Legge.

The best man was Arran Stevens and usher was Charlie Simms, the groom’s brother. The flower girls were Amber Stevens, five, and Amelie Dallow, four.

The couple honeymooned in Cuba.
