A BOY came to the rescue of his teacher who had suffered a puncture.
Nigel Kendall was on his way to work at Gillotts School in Henley when his car hit a pothole.
Fellow staff were unable to help so year 10 pupil Joe Scott-Wood stepped forward and changed the tyre for him.
Maths teacher Frankie Pimental said: “He had changed a tyre three times before and he was such a big help. He said he would do it happily for tea and cake, so Nigel bought him a cup of tea and a slice of cake.”
