Disabled parking spaces set to be removed
THREE parking bays in Henley reserved for disabled drivers could be removed.
One bay in Harpsden Road would be converted to ordinary on-street parking.
Another one in Station Road and a third bay in New Street, outside the Kenton Theatre, would become spaces for drivers with a resident’s permit.
An additional disabled space has been earmarked for Gainsborough Road after being suggested by David Eggleton, of the Gainsborough Residents’ Association.
The proposals have been put forward by Oxfordshire County Council and the public consultation ends today (Friday).
