Developer opposed

PLANS to demolish a house in Goring and build three in its place have been recommended for refusal by the parish council.

Croft Developments, of Eastfield Lane, Whitchurch, is behind the proposed development at Manor Croft in Little Croft Road.

The new houses would be two storeys but the council says the development would be unneighbourly.

South Oxfordshire District Council will make the final decision next month.
