Banners come back into fashion

FUNNY how things come around.

We report this week how Henley Town Council wants to put banners up on the town hall to promote events taking place.

This was previously suggested more than a decade ago by the first town manager Oliver O’Dell, a branding and event management expert.

The idea was rejected by councillors and Mr O’Dell resigned after 18 months following further criticism that he didn’t do anything!
