DRAGONFLIES Montessori Schools runs from two locations in Henley town centre, and is the only accredited Montessori nursery school in Henley and South Oxfordshire.
The staff pride themselves on offering children a learning environment in which they feel happy and secure. This encourages them to develop a love of learning so that they progress to reach their full potential.
The nursery is fortunate to have a dynamic team of exceptionally well qualified, experienced teachers. Niumai Hamilton-Peach, the manager at Haymes Hall, has recently completed an Early Years degree which complements her Montessori background, enabling them to deliver a comprehensive Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
They comprise a wide-ranging mix of children and staff from as far afield as Fiji, Peru and China, making them a unique and eclectic group. The children are able to appreciate the diverse world in which they live.
If you would like to see Dragonflies Montessori in action, please attend the open morning on Friday, December 6 between 9.30am and 12 noon at the Christ Church Centre on Reading Road. Booking is not essential, please contact principal Lisa Drage on (01491) 575416 or email dragon flies@sky.com with questions or for a prospectus.
The nursery is very popular and places fill quickly but they still have some availability starting in January 2014 with the possibility of nursery funding for some children.
