May fair date

A MAY fair will be held at Checkendon village hall next Saturday (May 17) from 11am to 2pm to raise money for the village pre-school, which is a charity.

Attractions will include a dog show and agility competition, pony grooming, treasure hunt, family games, barbecue, tombola and silent auction.
