King Charles III Coronation - Caversham

FOUR streets in Caversham Park Village held a joint street party to mark the coronation and raise money for charity.

The residents of Ilchester Mews, Illingworth Avenue, Kelso Mews and Kirkham Close put tables and chairs in the road and enjoyed picnics. There was a tombola and face painting for children. Organiser Wendy Heinz said: “There has been a great turnout and people brought prizes with all the proceeds going to Sue Ryder.”
