A STREET party was held at the Highlands Park development, off Greys Road, Henley, to mark the coronation.
Residents organised the event with the housebuilder Crest
Nicholson.
They ate coronation-themed party food, including cucumber sandwiches, sausage rolls and cup-cakes.
The development was decorated with red, white and blue bunting, flags and balloons.
Face painter Lapis Lizard decorated the faces of children.
Charlie Joseph, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Chiltern, said: “We had a fantastic day bringing the local community together at Highlands Park to join in the celebrations for the King’s coronation. Events like these are a wonderful opportunity for friends and families to enjoy a fun-packed day, get to know their neighbours and the team on site at the development. We look forward to hosting more events in the future.”
