WARGRAVE Tennis Club will launch a survey ahead of a meeting for its membership on November 28.
Members will have a chance to submit their votes and feedback from Thursday up until the meeting date on how the club is run and ideas for future investments at the venue.
The annual meeting will also elect committee members for the coming year and approve any proposed increases to membership fees and there will be a chance to vote on motions submitted.
Reports will be shared by by email, together with details on how to complete voting and provide feedback via the online survey.
The deadline to submit a motion or serve on the committee is 4pm on Tuesday.
A spokesman said: “We look forward to sharing the results of the survey with members’ feedback on ideas for the future.
“This will include feedback on whether we go ahead with a further two artifical clay courts plus other investment options such as padel tennis.”
The member’s meeting is expected to be held at 7.30pm at Wargrave Cricket Club in Recreation Road.
