THE restaurant at the Mill at Sonning will switch from its usual buffet service to British à la carte after 43 years.
The announcement comes as part of its ongoing commitment to improve its dining experience while reaching its sustainability targets and reducing food waste.
The new menu will include a selection of modern cuisine dishes using seasonal ingredients. It will also offer a vegan main and dessert.
The changes will be introduced next February.
