A TEENAGER has been selected to play frisbee for Great Britain — five months after taking up the sport.

Conner Limbrick, 14, of Ashford Avenue in Sonning Common, will join the Great Britain Under 17s Ultimate Frisbee squad.

He will be jetting out with the other 21 members of the squad to compete in the 2014 World Ultimate Club Championships in Lecco, Italy, in July.

Conner said: “I was really happy to get picked. Ultimate Frisbee is very technical and it involves a lot of skill.

“I like that it is something different and not many people do it.”
