Kids’ soccer kicks off

AFC Henley’s Mini-Soccer Centre, run by professional coach Jack Woodley and his team, kicks-off again on Saturday, September 9.

Aimed at both boys and girls, the centre runs every Saturday. Sessions for reception to Year 3 are from 9.15am to 10.15am, and 10.30am to midday for Years 2 and 3.

They take place at Jubilee Park, opposite Tesco and you can just turn up and register at the gate. The first session is free and it is free to under-5s until the October half-term.

A spokesman said: “ It’s a great way to have fun and make new friends as you develop your football skills at Oxfordshire FA’s 2021 grassroots club of the year.”
