THE number of coronavirus cases in South Oxfordshire has fallen after three consecutive weeks of rises.

The total for last week was 36 compared with 75 in the previous seven days, a decrease of 52 per cent. The infection rate was 25 per 100,000, down from 52.2.

Cases in Henley were fewer than six. Other areas were as follows: Sonning Common and Kidmore End three; Nettlebed and Watlington, Benson and Crowmarsh Gifford and Shiplake and Binfield Heath all fewer than three.
