Pair reunited

AN elderly woman found wandering in a confused state along the side of a road in Henley has been reunited with her husband with the help of police.

Thames Valley Police were called on Tuesday morning following a report that a woman was ambling along the side of a road in a disoriented state.

Officers found her being cared for by two cyclists travelling through South Oxfordshire, who had stopped and waited with her.

They then took the woman home where she was reunited with her husband, which was described as a “heartwarming experience.”
