CAVERSHAM composer and pianist Pamela Chilvers is to hold Music at an Exhibition at Phyllis Court today (Friday) for members and their guests.
Pamela composed 16 musical pieces to go with 16 paintings by fine artist Alastair Dunstan.
Pamela, who graduated from the Royal Academy of Music, also teaches piano and was assistant director of music at Highdown School in Emmer Green.
Alastair is studying portraiture at the Charles H Cecil Studio in Italy.
There will be welcome drinks and viewings of the paintings from 5.45pm, followed by the first part of the piano recital, with paintings projected on to a screen to go with the music.
This will be followed by a two-course dinner, including wine and chocolates and then the second part of the recital.
