A CEILIDH raised more than £1,400 for Trinity Primary School in Henley.
The event at the town hall was organised by the Friends of Trinity School and music was provided by the Craigievar Ceilidh Band, from Woodley.
Many guests wore kilts or tartan clothing and were helped with the steps by a member of the band.
Jean Oliver served food and there was a licensed bar.
The proceeds will go towards cookers for the new science lab at the school in Vicarage Road and improvements to the playground.
Organiser Louise Jones said: “It was brilliant fun and great to see many people enjoying a ceilidh for the first time. We'd like to thank everyone who helped to make the night such a success and to the local businesses who donated raffle prizes.”
