A MAN was fined £410 for driving without a licence or insurance and failing to stop when required.
Christian Kommaille, 19, of Henley Road, Medmenham, pleaded guilty to the offences, which took place in Northfield End, at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on December 18.
The penalty included £130 in court costs and an £80 surcharge and he also received six points.
