Rated highly in all five key areas of care

HENLEY Care Ltd is pleased to announce that, since our last inspection in 2016, we have maintained our high standards and achieved a rating of “Good” in all five key areas of care.

The inspection, which is carried out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who is the independent regulator of all health and care services in England, found our service to be safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. Our friendly and fully trained care team support clients to live independently in their own homes by providing the highest level of care to adults of any age at all times of the day and night.

Staff can assist with personal care and hygiene, light housework, laundry, shopping, medication, cooking, taking to appointments or on social trips as well as providing companionship.

As everybody’s needs, abilities and personal preferences are different, our services are designed to be flexible and delivered to meet the specific requirements and wishes of the individual, whether it is just a little help here and there or an intensive full-time care package.

Henley Care Ltd has been providing care services in and around Henley for over seven years, specialising in dementia, stroke, physical and psychological disability, and palliative care.
