Henley Rotary Club

MUSICIAN Ken Fitt gave a talk a meeting of Henley Rotary Club on February 8.

Ken, who is 95, spoke about Jules Styne, the Broadway/Tin Pan Alley maestro who composed Diamonds Are A Girl’s Best Friend, Everything’s Coming Up Roses, Three Coins In The Fountain and Don’t Rain On My Parade, among other songs.

Ken “illustrated” his talk with some fine singing and clarinet/saxophone work.

Club president Craig Wilson said: “It’s amazing how talented Ken is. We are always inspired by his versatility and musicality.”
