Five-star baguette shop offers big value

BELL Street Baguettes are a small, independently run business who have been established for over 17 years, with the current owners having been there for 13 years.

For the last six years, Bell Street Baguettes have maintained their five-star “Scores on the Doors” rating — the latest of which was awarded on February 4.

Situated at the bottom of Bell Street, this hidden gem is well worth the short walk, offering freshly ground bean to cup coffee for only £1.50 as well as a wide range of hot and cold fillings along with homemade scotch eggs and sausage rolls.

Baguettes, wraps, jacket potatoes and salad boxes are all freshly made to order, along with the special roast of the day.

Sandwich platters are also available if pre-ordered.

Opening hours are 8.30am to 2.30pm on weekdays and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
