IN an article on January 27 about a proposal by Airband for broadband masts in Lewknor, it was stated that Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks will not allow other telecommunications operators to use its masts. The company has asked us to point out that it does provide access to its infrastructure under the terms of the Communications (Access to Infrastructure) Regulations 2016, subject to agreement between parties, and SSEN would encourage other operators to get in touch to discuss any potential plans.
