THE owner of an historic house in Wargrave has received approval for their plan to a two-storey rear extension to their property.

Johanna James, of River Cottage in Church Street, has won permission to construct a part single-storey, part two-storey rear extension, along with external refurbishments, changes to the fenestration and internal alterations.

The building is a Grade II listed, late 18th century two-storey house.
