AN author helped out at the Bell Bookshop in Henley on Saturday.
Amanda-Jane Pearce, who is known for the historical fiction series the Emmy Lake Chronicles, was a guest bookseller.
She also unpacked boxes, signed copies of her books and helped customers at the shop in Bell Street.
The visit was part of Independent Bookshop Week, which is designed to celebrate independent booksellers and their shops.
