A man is receiving hospital treatment after being stabbed in the back during an assault by three teenagers at a bus stop in Langley.

The victim, in his 50s, was attacked at the bus stop opposite Langley Memorial Ground near the Selekt Chicken takeaway in High Street at around 7pm yesterday (January 25).

Police have issued an appeal for information on the stabbing, which the force said saw three boys in their late teens and in dark clothing attack the man, including one wearing a North Face jacket.

The victim told police that the offenders spoke to him in what he believed was an eastern European language.

Investigating officer DC Madeleine Kay, of Slough CID, said: “An investigation is ongoing following this assault and I ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has relevant information to please come forward.

“You can contact us either via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference 43260040485.

“Alternatively, for 100% anonymity, you can also call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or report via their website.”
