THE company that owns Hotel du Vin in Henley has been sold to a Singaporean operator.

THE company that owns Hotel du Vin in Henley has been sold to a Singaporean operator.

Frasers Hospitality has bought the Malmaison Group for £363million from American investors KSL Capital Partners.

The group operates 29 hotels across Britain, including the one at the former Brakspear brewery in New Street.

Malmaison was owned by MWB Group, a London property developer, until it went into administration in November 2012.
