A BLOCK of flats which replaced a car centre in Charvil is complete.

The former Charvil Car Centre in Wokingham Road was demolished in 2019 for five two-bed and two one-bed flats.

The build was completed in 2022 but a fresh legal document, calling for more developer contributions, was signed on Monday last week.
