New minister

A WOMAN from Sonning Common has been licensed as a lay minister following an annual service at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford.

Karen Broadbent was one of six candidates to be licensed on Saturday and she will serve at Christ the King, Sonning Common.

The others were Eve Hitchens, Linda Hobbs, Rachel Moss, Mike Murray and Joe O’Neill.
